Support for trading bots is provided exclusively in the support and trader chat. Support is not provided in personal messages or comments.
The support chat is free but private. To join the free traders’ chat and support, you just need to register via an affiliate link on a crypto exchange, go through verification, and deposit an account.
To use the bots, you do not need to register via our affiliate link, but to receive free technical support, you do. The thing is that support takes quite a bit of time, and the affiliate payments from the exchange partially compensate for this time.
Registration through our affiliate links supports the development of trading bots and the Free Trading Bot project. It is due to these referral payments that we are able to create new crypto bots and upgrade the current ones.
How to join the support and traders chat
After registering an account via the affiliate link (according to the exchange where the bot trades), you need to complete KYC-1 on the exchange and deposit funds. After that, you send me a message in telegram with your account number (UID) in text format (not a screenshot!).
After checking your account, I will add you to the trader and support chat.
Advantages of live trading and support chat
The main advantage is the technical support of the trading bot. That is, if you don’t understand something or have questions about the bot, you can get an answer from me or other chat participants.
Also, you can chat with other bot users, post or receive settings, share experience or get it from more experienced people etc. Community always provides advantages for development and profit.
Participation in the development of the bot – because I am present in the chat, I will discuss with you potentially interesting ideas and strategies that can be included to the bot.
Trader and support chat rules
There are rules in the chat room, and those who violate the rules will be temporarily or permanently banned from the chat room. Rules are necessary for us to build a qualified community of algo traders.
📌 The chat is self-organized – if you can help other participants, do it. It is not necessary to wait for my answer, especially when there are many users – it will not be realistic to answer everyone.

📌 Ban on advertising and external links (including affiliate links, links to other resources)
📌 Complete ban on rudeness, threats, profanity or other manifestations of disrespect.
📌 Prohibition of flooding and spam – communication only on the topic.
📌 Prohibition of anything that violates the laws
Chat participants with inactive trading accounts can be removed from the chat room to avoid overloading it (but they can resume participation at any time).
I reserve the right to change the rules and remove users from the chat room without giving any reason.
